We offer a 7-day window after delivery to open an RMA request via the orders page. After 8 days from delivery, new return requests will not be accepted. All embroidered sales are final. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. All goods are custom-manufactured and made to order.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging. If you need a different size, color, or logo design, access your order and request an RMA for the relevant items. If your RMA is approved, you will be asked to return your products to our mailing address listed below, including your RMA number on the packaging and a slip inside the package.

Several types of goods are exempt from return. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, hats, bags, items that are one size, and bulk items without material defects cannot be returned. Items with the wrong logo or color are also not eligible for return.

To complete your return, please visit your orders page, select the order with the item to be returned, and start a Return Material Authorization (RMA) request. Once your RMA is approved, return the items to Signature Media Group's corporate address.

DO NOT RETURN ITEMS UNTIL YOUR RMA HAS BEEN APPROVED!

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email. You will also be informed if your exchange is approved or rejected based on the condition of the item. Approved returns will receive a coupon code or store credit for the value of the items, valid for 30 days from issuance.

Before sending, affix your RMA number to the packaging and include it inside the package to ensure proper processing. You are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. Refunds or credits will cover the item value only, unless Signature Media Group decides otherwise for material defects.
